Privacy Policy

NIAGARAVR, operating as Niagara VR, collects only the information needed to manage bookings, payments, waivers, customer support and optional marketing communications. This may include your name, contact details, booking information, participant age category and transaction status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Niagara VR.

Booking information is used to deliver the requested service, prevent schedule conflicts, send confirmations and respond to changes. Marketing messages are sent only when separate consent is provided, and every promotional email includes an unsubscribe option. Contact info@niagaravr.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings are confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation email. Online bookings require full payment unless “Pay at Venue” is selected and accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to 13% HST. Players must be at least 6 years old. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for minors.

Customers must follow staff instructions, use equipment responsibly and disclose any condition that may affect safe participation. Niagara VR may stop play without refund when unsafe, abusive or destructive behaviour occurs. Game availability may change due to licensing, maintenance or technical conditions; when needed, staff will offer a suitable alternative.

Cancellation Policy

Regular sessions

Cancel at least 24 hours before the booking for a full refund or reschedule. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking may be rescheduled once but is not refundable. No-shows and cancellations after the start time are non-refundable.

Birthday parties

Cancel at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations between 72 hours and 7 days may be rescheduled once or converted to a six-month credit. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. If Niagara VR cancels, the customer may choose a full refund or an alternative date.

Safety Rules

• Follow the game master’s instructions at all times.
• Wear closed, comfortable footwear and secure loose clothing.
• Stay within the assigned play area and do not run into walls, furniture or other players.
• Use the headset and controllers only as demonstrated.
• Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseated, disoriented or unwell.
• Players must not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
• Food and drinks must remain outside the VR play area.
• Report damaged or uncomfortable equipment to staff immediately.
